Notifications

When should you submit a notification to the OECD NCP?

It is possible to submit a notification to the OECD NCP in situations of non-observance of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises (PDF 1 MB) by a multinational enterprise through its business activities. This should be done in accordance with the adopted notification procedure. Following an examination of the case and accepting it into proceedings, the OECD NCP may provide the parties of the specific instance with aid in resolving the dispute, which includes the possibility of mediation. The aim of mediation is to achieve a mutual resolution between the parties.
